Use the indirect method when cooking them on the grill.  I like to use a dry rub and no sauce (which burns)...pass the sauce at the table.   My step son makes my "rub", so I will have to ask him for the recipe and pass it on!

Sounds great. Thanks for the reply!

The best BBQ cookbook I have found is The Kansas City Barbeque Society Cookbook...Barbeque...It's not just for breakfast anymore!

I bought my copy at Westlake Hardware a couple of years ago and have given it as Christmas presents and wedding presents...lots of good dry rub recipes, sauce recipes, how-to's, and side dishes--even desserts.  Also has Nutrional info for each recipe in a spreadsheet format at the end of the book.

Great idea. We'll look into getting a copy.

My husband is a huge BBQ ribs fan. We've tried the Crock pot and baking, and both were OK.

We need to give grilling a try!

Actually, when I am hungry for ribs I just go to Planks and order a full rack to go!  There is enough meat on those babies to feed 2 people for several days!  Their slaw and beans are pretty good too!  The sauce they use is Curley's, which is my favorite commercial sauce...not too spicy, not too sweet, and just a bit tart!

If you have a Showtime rotisserie, you would be shocked at how yummy a rack of ribs on it. Mmmmm.
