Made it back from the Boot Hill Casino a bit ago and the verdict is...
It's nice.
Attentive staff, clean and well lit and roomier than most Colorado casinos (I can only talk about Cripple Creek, I've never been to Blackhawk). Very good parking area, visible security staff, friendly personnel in the cashier cage and on the floor and in the dining/snack bar areas. Overall, a good experience.
As far as winnings... don't ask! Like I said in the previous post, I'm not much of a gambler. I only invested a total of $60 and won $20 back. Of course, and needless to say, I spent the $20 too. Heh, heh, heh. That's what you're supposed to do, right?

We had a good time there, if only for 90 minutes or so. I learned that merchandise in the General Store is pricy and that the snack bar goods are too. I never win much of anything at other casinos either, so I wasn't dissapointed at all. Big crowd there, but everything seemed to run smoothly. Best of all, we liked the friendly staff.
