With the acceptance of TV and then computers, the general consensus was that reading would be a lost. And for a while it seemed true, but now research is showing that reading is on the rise THANKS to the electronic devices that was touted as its doom.

With the advancement of smart phones and the advancement of the tablets giving people the ability to download and carry with them books and literature to read at their leisure. Reports are that there are more reading more books than when books stared to come out in paperbacks or "pocketbooks" .....
