Working in call center???

Call center is the 24 hour/ 365 days running place where the main thing is to handle the multiple calls. I have been working in the call center for about  3 months. I am from the rural area so the system of calling was really hard for me. Now I think I will need to quit this job.Is here any one who can call me with a good job. I think working in Call Center  really sucks if you do not have the needed technology.
